PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure capable of restraining an amount of working fluid used in a shift operation small.SOLUTION: The shift control device comprises: a determination part for determining whether a first shift gear and a first shift sleeve are under a non-engagement state when the first shift gear and the first shift sleeve displaced by hydraulic pressure are shifted to the non-engagement state; and a control part for performing a control to displace a second shift sleeve so that a displacement speed of the first shift sleeve is delayed and a second shift gear and the second shift sleeve displaced by the hydraulic pressure are shifted to an engagement stage, when the determination part determines that the first shift gear and the first shift sleeve are in the non-engagement state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
