Abstract:
To provide a speed reducer, a hydraulic motor with the speed reducer, a construction machine, and a manufacturing method of the speed reducer.SOLUTION: A speed reducer includes sun gears, planetary gears, a carrier, a ring gear, and a thrust plate 18. Driving force is input to the sun gears. The planetary gears engage with the sun gears, and the ring gear engages with the planetary gears. The carrier has support shafts 29 which rotatably support the planetary gears, and a positioning part is disposed at an end of each support shaft 29 penetrating through the planetary gear. The thrust plate has positioned parts, each of which fits in the positioning part, and receives thrust loads of the planetary gears on a surface facing axial end surfaces of the planetary gears. The positioning part is formed by a recessed part 30 which is open to the side of the thrust plate 18. Each positioned part of the thrust plate 18 protrudes to the side of the support shaft 29 and is formed by a protruding part having substantially a same cross sectional shape with the recessed part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
