Abstract:
To provide a spinneret plate and a die for extrusion molding each equipped with a coating film having excellent resistance to deposition of a polymer decomposition product, crack resistance and peel resistance.
The spinneret plate and the die for extrusion molding are each coated with a nickel-tungsten alloy plating containing 30-50 wt.% of tungsten on at least the outside peripheral part of a molten polymer discharge opening among the inner wall face and the molten polymer discharge opening part of the die for extrusion molding being the flow channel of the molten polymer when a resin product is obtained by extruding the molten polymer from the die for extrusion molding.
