Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning molding method capable of easily manufacturing a hollow structure having an inward swelling portion at a larger diameter-side end of a tapered portion.SOLUTION: A spinning molding method includes the steps of: preparing a plate material having a ring-shaped projection along an outer peripheral edge on a reverse surface, the plate material having a ratio of 0.7 or less of a thickness at a reference position at which an inclination of a portion toward the tip of the projection in the reverse surface is 45 degrees or more relative to the thickness at the tip of the projection; rotating the plate material; moving a processing tool outward in radial direction so as to reach above the projection from the inside of the projection while pressing the processing tool to a surface of the rotating plate material; and locally heating a part where the processing tool is pressed on the plate material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
