Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning unit capable of evenly supplying an additive to a spinning nozzle as well as precisely adjusting a supply amount.SOLUTION: An additive supplying part is placed on a spinning nozzle in order to supply an additive to the spinning nozzle. A thread forming part 6 has at least one additive duct 10 whose terminal exists within a swirl chamber or a discharge route 24. The additive supplying part includes at least one additive supplying line in fluid communication with the additive duct. The additive introduced into the additive duct through the additive supplying line is led to the discharge route and/or the swirl chamber. An operation method of an air jet spinning machine with at least one spinning unit including at least one spinning nozzle is provided. During the spinning unit operation, at least temporarily the additive supplying part supplies the additive to the spinning nozzle and the additive supplied through the additive duct of the thread forming part is supplied into the discharge route and/or the swirl chamber.
