Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick adaptation of a related tightening flange part for holding a splint or a bone screw to a bone part rearranged with a limited action by a method wherein a bone screw is held on a holding part to mount a clamp device on the holding part with a fixing part and a bone screw housing part is mounted on a joint part of a ball and a socket by a fixing part. SOLUTION: A splint 1 includes a holding part 2 where a clamp device 4 is arranged to house a bone screw housing part 7. The bone screw housing part 7 holds a bone screw 8, is made adjustable in the axial and/or radial directions and can be arranged at various positions fixable to the clamp device 4 or fixed thereto. The clamp device 4 is allowed to be mounted on the holding part 2 by a fixing part 12. Moreover, the bone screw housing part 7 can be mounted at an arbitrary necessary position by a fixing part 26 of a joint part 6 of a ball and a socket, and the joint part is integrated with the clamp device 4 or accurately mounted on the clamp device directly and indirectly.
