Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, at present, since a root kelp has a difficulty of hardness, only a method is used for extracting a soup stock therefrom by allowing it to contain moisture or by cutting it fine, and since the root kelp cannot be put directly into a mouse, nutrition of the root kelp cannot be taken without applying some treatment thereto.SOLUTION: A kelp is dried by sun-drying or a drier in some form, and then a portion called as a root kelp is cut, and after cutting both ends so as to obtain the size capable of being easily put into a mouth, burned once by an oven or the like, and then cooled after arranging the shape.
