Title:
SPRAY DISPENSING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3285949
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a spray dispensing device comprising an adjustable valve used with a non-pressurized container for making the spray of the spray dispensing device instantaneously actuated, and changing a gas-liquid ratio of the spray to be dispensed.
CONSTITUTION: An upper end of a dip tube 3 receives a throttle conductor 6 of a ball check valve 7. The throttle conductor 6 is communicated with the dip tube, and its inner diameter is smaller than a diameter of a ball 8 so that the ball 8 of the ball check valve 7 can seat on an upper end of the throttle conductor 6. When the ball 8 exists on this position, the ball check valve 7 is closed, accordingly the upper end of the dip tube 3 is also closed. An inner diameter of a remained part of the ball check valve 7 is larger than the diameter of the ball 8. So that the ball 8 is freely upwardly moved in accordance with the upward movement of the fluid material in the dip tube, whereby the ball check valve 17 is opened.
