To effectively use, for dental treatment, liquid scattered on contact with the teeth while washing the oral cavity.
A spray nozzle 20 for the oral cavity is provided which includes a nozzle body 24 having a liquid spraying port 22 on the distal side thereof and a rotating body 25 arranged on the circumference of the nozzle body 24. The rotating body 25 has a cover 31 attached rotatably to a distal tube section 28 of the nozzle body 24, fan members 32 arranged on the inside of the cover 31, and a brush 33 attached to the cover 31. When liquid sprayed from the spraying port 22 scatters upon hitting a target part, the scattered liquid hits the inside of the cover 31 and returns to the target part. At the same time, the liquid hits the fan members 32 to rotate the fan members 32 by the stream of the liquid. The brush 33 is then rotated by the rotation of the fan members to brush the surface F of the teeth that comes into contact with the brush.
