To provide a spring clutch mechanism adaptable to high speed rotation.
The spring clutch mechanism 6 comprises a mounting part 61 connected to a housing, a seat part 62 connected to a motor and rotatable coaxially with the mounting part 61, and a spring part 63 laid between the mounting part 61 and the seat part 62 for permitting the rotation of the seat part 62 relative to the mounting part 61 in only one direction. The mounting part 61 has an abutting portion formed with a tapered face. The seat part 62 has a recessed portion defined including an inclined face which can abut on the tapered face. The mounting part 61 and the seat part 62 are coaxially arranged with the abutting portion inserted into the recessed portion and the tapered face approximately abutting on the inclined face.
