Abstract:

To provide a spring member capable of being made thinner and excellent in strength and durability, and to provide its manufacturing method.

A spring member 10 formed by non-winding process from a plate material is a Co-Ni-based alloy having a composition containing, by weight ratio, Co of 28 to 42%, Cr of 10 to 27%, Mo of 3 to 12%, Ni of 15 to 40%, Ti of 0.1 to 1.0%, Mn of 1.5% or less, Fe of 0.1 to 26.0%, C of 0.1% or less with inevitable impurities, and at least one kind of Nb of 3.0% or less, W of 5.0% or less, Al of 0.5% or less, Zr of 0.1% or less, and B of 0.01% or less and has a tensile strength of 1500 N/mm2 or more and a hardness of 500 Hv or more.
