Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring switch capable of properly returning a turnout which has a load exceeding the capacity available when returning operation.SOLUTION: The spring switch includes a power assist unit which is positioned at around the front on the opposite side of a switch adjuster rod of the spring switch. When means for detecting a return operation start of the spring switch detects the start of return operation of the spring switch, the power assist unit assists the switch adjuster rod to return to a home position. When means for detecting return to the home position of the spring switch detects that the spring switch has returned to the home position, the power assist unit terminates the assist and return to the home position.
