Abstract:

To provide a method for stabilizing a low-density lipoprotein by which the low-density lipoprotein can be stabilized and prevented from denaturing, especially at the time of freezing and freeze-drying to effectively achieve the stabilization thereof when preserved.

This method for stabilizing a low-density lipoprotein comprises adding a trehalose to a solution containing the low-density lipoprotein (LDL or the like) and carrying out the freezing or freeze-drying.
