PURPOSE: To save space and reduce facility cost by arranging a means for dividing a body of stacked sheets selectively into a 1st or 2nd transfer routes and making the sheets in the 1st route to be bundled with tape and leaving the sheets in the 2nd route as they are stacked.

CONSTITUTION: Cut aluminum sheets 5 are transferred with a transfer conveyer 12 and stacked on a belt conveyer 1 at a sheet stacking section 10. This aggregate 5', after being bundled with adhesive tape 7 at a tape application section 30, is sent to a 1st collecting section 50. When the aggregate 5' is collected on a pallet 32 in a specified number, it is moved onto a cart 39 and sent to a specified position. In the case the aggregate 5' is not tape-bundled, the aggregate 5' on the sheet stacking section 10 is grabbed with a moving chuck mechanism 90, moves together with the conveyer 11 moving in the opposite direction and placed on a 2nd collecting section 70. When a specified quantity of aggregate 5' is collected on a pallet 54, it is moved onto a cart 60 and sent to a specified position.
