Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for stacking sheet materials by which the loaded sheet materials are not bound and damaged by rubbing.
In this stacking method, a pair of facing edges of a sheet material loaded on a stacking surface are temporarily supported from the underside. The sheet material is deflected downward and fallen to the stacking surface for stacking it on the stacking surface. This stacking device comprises a stacking table, a back stopper, a front stopper, and a sheet receiving member abutted on faces of the back stopper and the front stopper facing the stacking table and temporarily supporting the pair of facing edges of the sheet material from the lower side.
