Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain-proofing device for an observation window, which prevents the observation window from getting dirty, by making a gas atmosphere flow ahead of the observation window provided in a monitor camera and observation equipment for observing the inside of a furnace.SOLUTION: An expansion chamber 19 is formed between first and second cases 16 and 17. The first case 16, which forms two steps 16a and 16b on an outer surface of a lower part, is wholly formed in an approximately cylindrical shape. A transparent observation window 18 is provided in an upper part of the first case 16, that is, ahead of the first case 16. A buffer 21 is housed in the expansion chamber 19. A gas atmosphere 22 makes a front surface of the observation window 18 pass by bringing about the passage of the buffer 21.
