To provide a stainless steel diffusion bonded product which exhibits excellent reliability of a bonded part by a direct method with workload equivalent to a conventional insert material insertion method.
The stainless steel diffusion bonded product satisfies that (1) when a crystal grain, of which an included angle of a grain boundary at a grain boundary triple point is 150° or less, out of crystal grains, which intrudes inside a steel material on an opposite side by crossing over an interface before bonding by crystal grain boundary migration in diffusion bonding and forms the grain boundary triple point in a position on the opposite side from the interface before bonding is called as an intruding crystal grain, a rate of the number of the intruding crystal grains to the total number of crystal grains, which are in contact with the interface before bonding or cross over the interface before bonding, is 20% or more, (2) a ratio of a length of a void existing part on a position of the interface before bonding is 5% or less.
