Title:
STAINLESS STEEL SHEET WHEREIN GENERATION OF PROCESSING FLAW IS RESTRAINED
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11207862
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To restrain a flaw from being generated on the surface is processing by a method wherein an organic resin coating film selected from a polyolefin base, a polyester base, and acrylic base is formed on a stainless steel sheet.

As a base material, a duplex stainless steel sheet of a ferrite base, an austenite base, etc., is used. In the component of the stainless steel sheet as a raw material, the concentration of Cr is restrained to 16-35 wt.%. Further, in order to prevent a flaw in forming wave, as a means substituted for a protective film, an organic resin film without containing any pigment is applied. Those organic resin coating films are formed by applying one or two or more kinds of a polyolefin based, a polyester based, and acrylic coating with a bar coater or the like to the stainless steel sheet and heating, for example, at 100 to 450°C, In order to restrict the flaw from being generated in processing time and preventing the coating film from peeling off, a film thickness is limited to 2-5 μm.
