Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a normal card from being judged to be an abnormal card and stored by registering peculiar information and value information of a card in a first list at the time of deciding that value information is abnormal based on the detection output of a detection means.
CONSTITUTION: A CPU 11 inputs the second value information of the card read by the detection means to discriminate whether this card is correct or not. If second value information is not detected as normal information, this card is registered in a first list in a memory means 36. That is, peculiar information and value information recorded in this card are registered in the first list. When an inserted card is already registered in the first list and its value information is more than value information in the first list, this card is registered in a second list in a memory means 37, and a selector 20 is driven to store this card in a card storage part as an abnormal card.
