The conductive component 14 as an additional inductance part is inserted between an M terminal volt of an electromagnetic switch and a motor lead line, and the noise reduction device 7 including capacitors C1 and C2 is connected between both ends (points A and B) of the conductive component 14 and the ground. The noise reduction effect of the noise reduction device 7 is the ratio of the impedance of a starter equivalent circuit to the impedance of the noise reduction device 7. That is, the smaller the impedance of the noise reduction device 7 to the impedance of the starter equivalent circuit, the larger the noise reduction effect. Thereby, the conductive component 14 as an additional inductance part is inserted between the M terminal volt and the motor lead line 2, so that the impedance of the noise reduction device 7 is relatively smaller than the impedance of the starter equivalent circuit and noise reduction effect is improved.
