Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a rotation regulating mechanism in which a pinion is gradually turned to engage with a ring gear by deflection of the pinion when the pinion contacts with the ring gear.
SOLUTION: A pinion regulating means 230 is moved to the ring gear side in such a state that it is brought into contact with a pinion 210 and rotation of a pinion 210 is prevented through rotation of an output shaft 220. When the pinion 210 makes contact with a ring gear, a pinion regulating means 230 itself is deflected and the pinion 210 is gradually turned. Through engagement of the pinion with the ring gear, wear power is not generated and a tooth surface is not damaged. Further, reliable engagement of the pinion with the ring gear is ensued and durability of a tooth part is improved.
