The state judging system of the treatment liquid is equipped with a storage part 10 for storing the treatment liquid, a revolving movement mechanism 20 for revolutionarily moving the storage part, the exciting unit 40 arranged at the first position of the revolving movement locus of the storage part revolutionarily moved by the revolving movement mechanism to excite the treatment liquid stored in the storage part, a magnetic detection unit 50 arranged at the second position of the revolving movement locus of the storage part to measure the magnetic level of the treatment liquid excited by the exciting unit and a treatment liquid state judging means 60 for judging the state of the treatment liquid on the basis of the measuring signal received from the magnetic detection unit.
