PURPOSE: To improve the highest operating frequency without affecting operation of a dividing circuit carried out at a low frequency by connecting the inductive load in series to a load resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The inductors L1 and L2 are connected in series to the load resistances R1 and R2 respectively. The spiral inductors 11 serving as the inductors L1 and L2 are connected between both resistances R1 and R2 and a power supply Vcc. The outside ends 11a of the inductors 11 are connected to one of both ends of the resistances R1 and R2 respectively, and the tip 15a of a 2nd layer wiring 15 is connected to the power supply Vcc. That is, the inductive load jx (dx/dw≥0) is connected in series with the R1 and the R2 respectively. Thus, the load impedance Z=R+jx is satisfied. Thus it is possible to secure the logical amplitude at a point near the limit operating frequency and to improve the highest operating frequency without affecting at all the operation of a dividing circuit carried out at a low frequency.
