CONSTITUTION: An upper yarn and lower yarn guiding tubes 17, 19 for moving upward and downward the upper yarn and lower yarn and also in the lateral direction within a center post 23 holding a stator (a), a movable body 70 for moving forward and backward an upper and a lower needles 54, 66 against an upper coil and lower coil b1, b2 of the stator and servo motors 52, 65 for giving constant angle to the needles 54, 66 are provided. Moreover, a dividing machine 25 for giving a constant feed angle to the stator (a) on the center post 23, a rotation converting machine 2 for interlockingly operating each section and an encoder 84 for encoding operation of the rotation converting mechanism 2 and electrically setting the operation timing of each section are also comprised.
