Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the cooling efficiency of a rotary electric machine by forming oppositely the advancing directions to the circumferential direction of the oils of a passage through which cooling oil holes on a pitch circle of larger size of a stator core plural times and a passage through which cooling oil holes on a pitch circle of smaller size plural times. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cooling oil holes 3a are axially arranged at the pitch circle of the same core on a stator core 1. A guide hole 32a on the pitch circle of large size is formed at the position of the 2 pitch of the cooling oil hole 3a circumferentially from the guide hole 22b on the pitch circle of smaller size on one retaining plate 31. A guide hole 35a on the pitch circle of larger size is formed at the position of 2 pitch of the cooling oil hole 3a circumferentially from the guide hole 25b on the pitch circle of smaller size on the other retainer plate 34. Stop plugs 27 are filled at the prescribed positions of the plates 31, 34 and annular grooves 23a, 26a.
