Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of an outer-rotor type motor, which is composed of an assembly of an arbitrary number of divided laminated core sheets or an arbitrary number of pole teeth and an annular yoke frame, which are separated easily from each other for recycling, without using a press-fitting assembly work which requires expensive equipment, and to avoid increase in magnetic reluctance, caused by gaps and produced by variations of butted planes, to obtain satisfactory electrical/magnetic characteristics.
SOLUTION: Pole teeth which have combtooth-shaped end parts, on which coils are wound, are fitted to an annular yoke frame without the pole teeth. Nail parts of recessed hole parts for the yoke frame are pressed and folded by a low cost and easy jig, tool, etc., to attach the pole teeth tightly to the yoke frame with superior strength and little strains. Further, the annular yoke frame, the pole teeth and the coils can be separated easily from each other for recycling, by cutting the nail parts of the recessed hole parts of the annular yoke frame at a low cost and easy jigs, tools, etc., for recycling.
