PURPOSE: To reduce the burden of a user program by directly informing a user of completion result not necessary to execute the after-treatment of the program even when all complete results are informed to the user program.

CONSTITUTION: When a user program stored in a program storing part 20 is activated, the information method of the complete result of the file access processing is prepared by the designation of the user program 2 with a control block preparing means 3. Here, when it is determined that all complete results should be informed to the user program 2, a first status information processing means 5 informs the user program 2 of the complete results. When the information is in the complete condition unnecessary to execute the special after- treatment with the user program, the user program 2 is designated to the 'Inform a user of all complete results' again.
