Abstract:
To make it possible to perform a stabilized discharge for micronization of steam.
A steam generator is equipped with a steam generating part 6 to generate steam and discharge electrodes 1, 1 to discharge the generated steam for micronization. The discharge electrodes 1, 1 are arranged outside of the steam passage 5 through which the steam generated in the steam generating part 6 passes and an ion passage 4 is installed to lead the ions generated by the discharge at the discharge electrodes 1, 1. The steam is not to touch the discharge electrodes 1, 1 and no leak nor discharge will occur except between the discharge electrodes 1, 1.
