PURPOSE: To obtain a sufficiently steamed food with uniform steam, by providing a steam tank, a steam circulating pipe having a plurality of small holes, a steam conduit, and a lid having numerous fine holes, covering the steam tank.
CONSTITUTION: A steam conduit 3 is fitted at the bottom 2' of a steam and connected to a steam circulating pipe 4 floated in a steam tank 2. The steam circulation pipe 4 has a plurality of fine holes 4a at the wall 4' thereof. And a lid 5 covering the steam tank 2 has numerous fine holes 5a thereon. The steam ejected from the steam conduit 3 is divided into the steam circulation pipe 4 to eject from the fine holes 4a into the steam tank 2. The filled steam within the steam tank 2 is ejected uniformly from the fine holes 5a of the lid 5. In this way, the steamed food can be sufficiently steamed uniformly without loss of steam and a tasty cooked food is obtained even only one steaming.
