CONSTITUTION: The objective ink can be obtained by dispersing (A) a mineral oil or vegetable oil with a viscosity at 20°C of pref. 1W100mPa with (B) in organic or organic coloring pigment, (C) an emulsifying agent comprising sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, etc., and (D) water. This ink has the following characteristics: 1. Viscosity at a shear rate 320sec-1, 5,000mPa, 2. Thixotropic factor defined as the ratio: viscosity at a shear rate 40sec-1/viscosity at a shear rate 320sec-1, ≥3.
