Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sterilizer, making possible to simplify by composing so that the sterilizer comprises a conveying gas generator, a vessel for generating a sterilizing vapor by evaporating a liquid, a pipe line of connecting the conveying gas generator with a housing and a vacuum device for mixing the conveying gas with the vapor by flowing the conveying gas, and vacuumizing the sterilizing vapor form a vessel. CONSTITUTION: In a sterilizing method by circulating a sterilizing vapor into a sterilizing housing 6, the sterilizing vapor is made by evaporating a liquid, and is mixed with a conveying gas-flow by suction from a vessel containing a liquid. A compressed air is flowed out from a bottle 1 through a pipe line 37, and introduced into a vacuum jet pump 32 made of the venturi nozzle for introducing the compressed air flow, and the venturi nozzle consists of a taper- formed portion 32a, a narrow portion 32b and an enlarged portion 32c. The compressed air is introduced into the housing 6 by passing through another pipe line 38 and a filter 39. The suction is carried out by the vacuum jet pump 32, and this makes possible to extract the sterilizing vapor with a good efficiency.
