To provide a compound useful as an agonist for FXR (Farsnesoid X receptor), a preparation containing such the compound, and use thereof on the therapy.
The compound useful as the agonist to the FXR is a compound of formula (I) (wherein, R is ethyl, propyl or allyl), and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a solvate or an amino acid conjugate thereof.
