Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a stirring blade capable of widely corresponding to a region from low viscosity to high viscosity by attaching two flat blades at a predetermined interval so as to form a specific angle and attaching blades of the uppermost of one flat blade and the lowermost part of the other flat blade so as to form a specific angle with respect to the flat blades.
CONSTITUTION: A flat stirring blade 42 is attached to the stirring shaft 41 provided to the center part in a stirring tank in parallel to the stirring shaft 41 and a flat blade 44 is attached to the stirring shaft 41 under the blade 42 so as to form an angle of 20 90°. A blade 43 is attached to the uppermost part of the flat blade 42 and a blade 45 is attached to the lowermost part of the flat blade 44 so as to form an angle of 100-170 with respect to the flat blade 44. Since there are the blades 43, 45, the flow in an up-and-down direction is accelerated to improve stirring effect even with respect to a highly viscous liquid.
