Abstract:
To provide a stoke for low pressure casting capable of reducing the oxidation of a molten metal therein.SOLUTION: A stoke structure 100 for low pressure casting comprises a stock body 1 in which a lower end part is immersed into a molten metal 20 stored in a molten metal holding furnace, and an upper end part charges the molten metal 20 in the molten metal holding furnace into an intermediate stoke 2 in communication with the intermediate stoke. The stoke structure 100 comprises: an annular float 3 moving along the inner wall of the stoke body 1 with the flow of the molten metal 20; a plug-shaped float 4 provided with a protruding part 41 fitted from the side of the upper end part to a through hole 31 of the annular float 3; a net 6 connected with the annular float 3 so as to surround the plug-shaped float 4 in the side of the upper end part; and a stopper 5 provided at the upper end part of the stroke body 1 and stopping the rise of the annular float 3 with the flow of the molten metal 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
