The stopper 40 is formed of two half bodies 41, 42, and further semicircular cutouts 44, 45 for passing the upstream one X out of the bent parts X, Y and semicircular cutouts 46, 47 for passing the downstream one Y out of the bent parts X, Y are provided in each symmetrical position of the half bodies 41 42, respectively. Further one half body 41 is provided with a locking part 50, and the other half body 42 is provided with a locked part 51.
