To maintain good performance of a storage battery while effectively utilizing a space in a building.
A boundary 24 between adjacent building units 22 becomes a dead space, but this dead space is used as a storage battery accommodation room 16 for accommodating a storage battery 42. The storage battery accommodation room 16 communicates with an underfloor space 52 through an underfloor air supply opening 50, which is opened and closed by an underfloor switch damper 62. The underfloor air supply opening 50 is disposed with an underfloor air supply fan 54. The storage battery accommodation room 16 communicates with a room 70 through an indoor air supply opening 68 formed in the lower end of a partition wall 40. The indoor air supply opening 68 is opened and closed by an indoor switch damper 72. An accommodation room temperature detecting sensor 78 is disposed in the storage battery accommodation room 16, and an air discharge opening 44 is formed on the ceiling of the accommodation room 16. The opening and closing of the underfloor switch damper 62 and the indoor switch damper 72 are controlled based on the temperature inside the storage battery accommodation room.
