A plastic bag storage body includes: a first storage body 2 made of quilting, which is configured in a bag shape with its upper end opened and is formed with a take-out opening at a substantially central part of its lower end; a second storage body 3 made of quilting which is configured in a bag shape with its upper end opened, is formed with a take-out opening at a substantially central part of its lower end, has a size smaller than the first storage body 2, and is disposed to overlap on the first storage body 2 so that its upper end and an upper end of the first storage body 2 are located at a substantially same position; a lid part 10 configured such that an opening of the upper end of the first storage body 2 and an opening of an upper end of the second storage body 3 can be closed; and a rod-shaped part 12 disposed on an opposite side of the second storage body 3, of the first storage body 2, and disposed near the upper end of the second storage body 3.
