To provide a storage material in which a molecule to be stored is suitably carried in a resin porous body as an adsorbent.SOLUTION: The storage material is provided which comprises a resin porous body and a molecule to be stored carried in a circular opening of the resin porous body, and in which a BET specific surface area of the resin porous body is 200 m/g or more, and a circular opening diameter showing a peak in a circular opening diameter size distribution measured in the range of 0.1-400 nm is 2 nm or more and 60 nm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
