Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact storage form to be applicable to a pop-up seat while securing a comfortable usage condition of it.
SOLUTION: A base bracket 26 is disposed to be slidable forward and backward through a roller 34, and a foot rest main body 12 is connected to the base bracket 26 to be supported to be capable of rotation and elevation through a link arm 22 and a support link 24 of different pivotal points. The base bracket 26 is slid forward and backward by an advance/retraction gear means 36, and rotation of the link arm 22 is converted into torque in a corresponding direction to be transmitted to a pinion 40 of an advance/retraction gear means 36 through a transmission gear means 42.
