Abstract:

In this wrinkle straightening device for a web, which straightens wrinkles in the web while coming into contact with both end parts in the width direction of the continuously conveyed web, a static eliminating means for eliminating static electricity generated in the web due to contact with the wrinkle straightening means is provided either on the upstream side or the downstream side of the wrinkle straightening means in the web conveying direction.
