PURPOSE: To simplify stretching work of high strength fiber-made two-dimensional textiles.
CONSTITUTION: Both ends of a two-dimensional texile 2 sticking out in a stretching direction out of a form 1 where the high strength fiber-made textile 2 is placed into the form 1 are interposed between steel-made anchor plates 3 respectively where a rubber-shaped material is bonded with the anchor plates which are paired with an upper part plate and a lower part plate. A compressing device is used to compress powerfully both the upper and lower part anchor plates 3 or 3' in a relative direction so that both ends of the textile may be clamped. Under this condition, the anchor plates 3 are mounted to a stretch-anchoring device, thereby stretching up the two-dimensional textile 2.
