Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stripper, for a coated pipe of novel structure operated for stripping the coated pipe using the outside (outer diameter) of the coated pipe as a reference and without the possibility of damaging a main body pipe as an essential member for the coated pipe.
SOLUTION: A stripper main body 1 consists of an insertion lumen part 13 with an inner diameter almost matching the outer diameter of a coated pipe A, with an open end 1' provided on the main body 1. In addition, a discharging aperture 8 for stripping waste communicating with the intermediate part of the insertion lumen part 13 is provided on the peripheral side of the stripper main body 1, and a cutter 11 for stripping the coat of the coated pipe is installed on the edge part 8' of the discharging aperture 8 so that the blade tip 11a is protruded into the insertion lumen part 13.
