Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve contact between a suction pad and food in a tray for loading numerous pieces of thin soft food materials such as tortillas laminated and sucking and hold the piece for take-out.
SOLUTION: A protrusion 17a with an upper face flat is provided corresponding to a suction pad 7 on a bottom plate 11 of a tray 2 for supporting food materials 1. Thus the soft thin food materials 1 are lifted and protrude on a part 1a in contact with the protrusion 17a according to its shape, while large force functions to the protrusion 1a by its own weight thereby bringing the materials 1 in tight contact with each other. Therefore a difference in height between them is reduced making contact of the suction pad 7 good.
