To provide a structural body having spaces therein and capable of being assembled in a short time.
This structural body 1 is formed by connecting to each other a plurality of structural members 3a to 3d having a base part 5 with a generally flat base surface 7 on one side thereof and a columnar part 19 projected to the other side of the base part 5. The structural members 3a to 3d are formed of a lightweight material having a rigidity. The base part 5 comprises an edge connection part 11 provided near the four corners thereof, and a through-hole 16 allowing one side to communicate with the other side. The columnar part 19 comprises an end connection part 23 formed in a double tube shape and provided at the tip 21 thereof, connects the base parts 5 to each other through edge connection members 33, 35, 37, and 39 engageable with the edge connection part 11, and connects the tips 21 of the columnar part through an end connection member 46 engageable with the end connection part 23.
