Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten aptness in serving as a matter having a double function and to improve efficiency in execution of work while reducing cost by a method wherein a latch on a locking door side and a latch catch on a locked door side are provided at specified positions on the door leaves, and a door stop having an opening is attached to the depth side of a stile of the door.
SOLUTION: A locking door 3a having a latch and a locked door 3b having a latch catch are suspended from gateposts 1 and 1, and a drop lock 7 is attached to a stile 5 opposite to the hanging base of a door 3. The latch and the latch catch are provided at a stile 5 on a meeting stile side of the door 3 on a position excluding a depth side 13. An installation opening 14 for installing the drop lock 7 inside the stile 5 is formed at the depth sides 13 of the stiles 5 of the doors 3a and 3b at the center in the longitudinal direction of the depth side 13. A door stop 16 is attached to the depth side of the stile 5 of either one of the door leaves, and an opening 17 corresponding to the installation opening 14 is formed at the door stop 16. The opening 17 whereon the drop lock 7 is not attached is closed with a synthetic resin closing member 19 having a projection 20.
