Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a structure of fishing-line guide capable of dealing with changes of the state of fishing line, etc., during letting-out and drawing of the line, making longer the throwing distance because of the reduced friction of the fishing line, preventing damage and breakage of the fishing line and excellent in abrasion resistance in the case of a heavy load.
CONSTITUTION: A fishing line-guiding piece G, whose surface contacts the line during fishing operation such as the letting-out and the drawing of the line 24, is constructed in such a manner that a base body GB of the fishing line- guiding piece G is made of an abrasion resistant material and a solid lubricating member GJ is formed on the exposing surface S of the base body GB.
