Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a highly precise limit switch at low costs in which plate thickness of a sliding part of a plunger is increased for resinification of a case and a caulking process in switch assembly is omitted for improvement of an assembling properly and productivity.
CONSTITUTION: An inside wall face 2a of a cylinder part 2 in a resin case 1 is formed into an approximately right circular cylinder, while an outside wall face 3a of a plunger 3 is formed into an approximately right circular cylinder. A working shaft 5 is positioned toward the plunger 3 by means of a pin 7. A recessed part, 9 to which a point part 7a of the pin 7 is inserted is formed in a part, of the inside wall face 2a of the cylinder part, 2 in the case 1. A communication hole communicating with the inside/outside of the case 1 is bored in the lower part of the cylinder part, 2 in the case l. A supporting jig, which temporarily supports a spring receiving plate for a return spring 13 in assembly of a switch, is inserted into the communication hole freely removably.
