Abstract:

PURPOSE: To carry out the alternating work for holding a work, work for projecting the held work, and the work for press-fitting the work which is immediately after the release of holding to an assembly position, in one process, by screwingly fitting a connecting member at the lower edge of a rod and freely adjusting the position in the axis line direction between the connecting member and the rod.

CONSTITUTION: When a rod 8 is in rising state, the guide surface of an engagement guiding part 9 is engaged and press-attached on the torque input parts 15 and 15 of the levers 5 and 5, and pressing-spreads the upper part of the lever outward, and the engagement parts 16 and 16 at the other edge part of the lever operate inward, and operate in the direction in which the held articles 3 and 3 are set close oppositely, and act to generate the state where a workpiece is held. When the rod 8 is pushed down to the position in the determined dimension, the torque input parts 15 and 15 of the lever are guided by the engagement guide part 9, and the opposed surfaces of the guide surface are set close to the small dimension position, and the engagement part 16 of the lever operates outward, and the held parts 3 and 3 are separated each other, and the holding for the work is released.
