A channel is housed in a solid material. The contact point connected to the channel is further connected to the solid material. On the other hand, a plurality of piezoelectric elements are connected to the chamber and further connected to a slug. An optical waveguide is connected to the channel. An optical waveguide is connected to the channel. The contact point is connected to a plurality of small lumps of a liquid metal and one or more small lumps of the liquid metal are connected to the slug. One or more piezoelectric elements are operated and moved in the slug and the channel. The movement of the slug is so operated to cut off a plurality of optical waveguides and release the cutoff.
