In a mechanism provided with resistant pieces 2 for limiting an effective cross-sectional area of a fluid passage, a female thread 11 is formed in an inner circumferential face of a hole in each passage member, a male thread 12 engaged with the thread 11 is formed in an outer circumferential face of the principal part in each of the resistant pieces 2, a thread ridge in either of the male thread 12 or the female thread 11 is cut into a prescribed dimension, and a cut part of the ridge is used as the fluid passage.
